Clayton House is a stunning Scottsdale event venue today, but before its opening in 2017, it was an abandoned postal storage warehouse. When owners Tom and Jan Frenkel spotted the space one day, all they saw was the potential for a chic event venue. As Scottsdale residents, they brought their ideas to life with the help of Aline Architecture Concepts. With their help, they stripped the space down to the studs and used the base structure to create an expansive space with a mixed-use design. With added natural solar protection, new circulation beyond the building, and an inviting patio area that creates ample flow throughout the space, the team at Aline Architecture Concepts turned this run-down space into an extraordinary wedding and event venue.
