That's exactly what Cody thought when he began planning his proposal to the love of his life, Lindsey, just a few short years ago. Cody is the grandson of the beloved owner of The Orchard in Menifee, CA, a beautiful garden wedding venue that feels like a secret garden. We've known Cody for quite some time, and we were thrilled when he wanted to celebrate his marriage with our team at The Orchard. The entire family holds this venue close to their hearts, making this wedding an extra special honor to host!

For a couple who knows this wedding venue like a member of the family, we were dying with anticipation to see how they would transform the space into their own. Our hearts swelled with excitement as Lindsay described her vision for the special day: rustic elegance with a romantic lace wedding dress, navy blue tuxedos, farmhouse tables, white roses, trailing eucalyptus, metallic accents, and a classic getaway car.

The wedding ceremony was beautifully classic and romantic, with the historic gazebo and sparkling lake as the backdrop. Cody & Lindsey chose classic white lawn chairs and elegant white roses to adorn the ceremony site. The ceremony was sweet, funny, romantic and everything that a wedding ceremony should be!

The reception was hosted under a regal white tent for shade on the beautiful summer day. The rustic elegant decor featured farm tables made of reclaimed wood paired with beautiful Chiavari chairs, gold chargers, gold silverware, and custom manzanita tree centerpieces. The details came together perfectly to create a rustic, elegant affair. So spectacular!
Dessert for this extravagant garden wedding featured a three-tiered naked wedding cake on a metallic gold stand with floral accents. Vintage platters and trays displayed delicate cake pops and candies for those who prefer something other than cake. This stunning cake display was provided by Jackie at Heavenly Treats, and she was an absolute joy to work with!
Of course, it wouldn't really be party without some extra F-U-N mixed in! Lindsey and Cody are such fun personalities, so it makes perfect sense that they'd want to infuse some special details. For a unique twist to the popular photo booth, they hired a live caricature artist to draw photos of the guests, the happy couple, and the celebration. What a fun idea! And for a tasty surprise, the infamous In-N-Out food truck stopped in to deliver the best burgers and fries that California has to offer.
