Even better, we've already included many of the “extras”—like a custom wedding cake, champagne toast, on-trend invitations and accessories, and custom floral centerpieces. Our Premier package also includes DJ and MC services, who are true professionals and provide all of the music for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.

We have recommended vendors that we work with time and again because they're just that good. Because we've done the groundwork, you can skip a lot of the traditional steps like searching, interviewing, contract negotiation, and deposits. Instead, you meet and chat about your needs, and it's built into your out-the-door price. And by the way, that price is smaller because we can negotiate at scale and pass on the savings! So you have more time to curate the ideal open-dancing playlist and pick out your cake flavors while we take care of the details. Our team will work with you every step of the way to ensure every last detail is covered for your wedding day.

Working with Vendors

Q: What's the process like working with your vendors?

A: The process can differ depending on the vendor and your chosen venue. In general, you'll initiate contact with the bakery or florist to arrange your consultation. You'll meet with them and have a blast chatting about your wedding vision. They'll also inform you if a specific concept requires an upgrade. If you decide to move forward, you can directly arrange the upgrade with that vendor. Don't fret about the nitty-gritty; we've got you covered with the other tasks, including ordering and invoicing!

Q: How does the open bar work?

A: If you're looking for an open bar, you've come to the right place. Our Premier package offers an open bar with complimentary well liquor, beer, wine, and soda. Now, in case you're curious about the term "well liquor," it's akin to what you'd encounter at any bar. For example, if you order a vodka soda without specifying a brand, typically, you'll get served well liquor. Our Premier bar package includes all the essentials, such as vodka, tequila, whiskey, gin, etc.

Our Premier package comes with a DJ included. They're professionals and provide all of the music for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. What’s great is that since they're included in the package, you don’t have to go interview several options, sign a separate contract, pay a deposit, and communicate planning details. By using our recommended DJ, you're getting a great price, and it’s way less stressful!

With the Premier package, you don’t have to sweat the small stuff – we have all the logistics covered. We've already included a lot of what many couples expect to be extras, like a custom wedding cake in your chosen flavors and design, champagne or cider toast, an open bar for your guests to enjoy, and lots of nice-to-haves like on-trend invitations and accessories, and custom floral centerpieces.

Customize Away

Once you've had a chance to establish your wedding theme, you'll be better able to assess the rest of your wedding details. With the Premier Package, you'll have a chance to sit down with an event expert to decide on your menu selections, your tablescape, and your timeline. In addition, you'll have a chance to relay any special add-ons such as dessert tables, specialty décor, and even additional vendor selections.

APPETIZERS

Let's talk about one of the best parts of a wedding - cocktail hour. The Premier package offers incredible hor d'oeuvres. Choose from six hot or chilled appetizers with options like ahi tuna wontons, chicken and waffles, or (a team favorite) panko-breaded mac and cheese balls.

MAIN COURSE

Choose three delicious entrées for your buffet and carving station. We offer eight assorted salads and your choice of side, ensuring something for everyone. Opt for chicken, fish, and beef to cover all your bases, or swap the carving station for our popular vegetarian pasta instead.

OPEN BAR

A highlight of the Premier package is the open bar, offering free wine, beer, and spirits for your guests. Since it's factored into the package cost, you won't have to worry about getting a separate bar tab at the end of the event. If top-shelf spirit brands are a must, check out our Elite package.

FLORAL CENTERPIECES

Enjoy fresh floral centerpieces for each of your guest tables. We take pride in supporting local small businesses, and our couples get a personalized consultation with our talented florists. Our florist will create a masterpiece based on your preferred colors and style.

DELICIOUS CAKES

We take care of tracking down the most delicious and artistic cake makers in the region just for you. Your sweet tooth is our priority so if you have your heart set on another dessert - like cupcakes or S'mores - just let us know, and we'll see what we can do for you!

INVITATIONS

When it comes to invites, our process is straightforward - we include a credit for our invitations website. Got your own designer in mind? No problem - you can use the credit however you'd like, such as fun extras like personalized cocktail napkins or a guestbook. It's your invite, your call.

When you book the Premier Package, you reserve five hours at the venue, divided into the ceremony, cocktail Hour, and reception. Speaking of cocktails - with this package, you get access to a hosted bar and an amazing food selection so you can enjoy all your favorites. With our Premier wedding package, you also get a delicious wedding cake included, customized to your liking.

The Premier Package provides the same exclusive access to our preferred DJs as our Classic Package. Where the Elite Package also includes a few extra enhancements - including a photo booth!
