Eligibility
Share the Love (the "Referral Program") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Valid referrers and referees will be known as “participants”. Employees of Wedgewood Weddings and other companies associated with the promotion of the Referral Program, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Referral Program is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

The Referral Program is sponsored by Wedgewood Weddings, located at 43385 Business Park Drive, Suite 220, Temecula, California 92590.

Agreement to Official Rules
Participation in the Referral Program constitutes the participant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Participant gifts are contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

Referral Program Period
The Referral Program is annual. The current Referral Program runs from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024. Entries that are submitted before or after the Referral Program Period may be disqualified at the decision of the sponsor. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the referral program using any of the following methods:

Program Rules
The Share the Love Referral Program is designed to thank current and former clients for their support for Wedgewood Weddings & Events.
Clients are encouraged to share their Wedgewood Weddings & Events experience with their friends and family (“associates”). If an associate subsequently chooses to book an event or a tour, the sponsor will provide the participants with a specified gift.
To participate, clients need to share their event details, venue name, event date, booking name, and the associate’s venue name, event or tour date, and booking name.
Gift value is nominal. Sponsor is not responsible if participants choose to transfer their gifts. Sponsor reserves the right to change the gift value and redemption method.

How to Apply
Online: Referrers or referees can apply by visiting our website (https://www.wedgewoodweddings.com/referral-program) and following the directions provided to fill out and submit the entry information.
- Entries can be made by referrers (“Current Clients”) or referees (“New Clients”).
- Referrers may refer multiple referees.
- A client may only be referred once. Any subsequent use of their details by additional referees will be void and invalid.
- New clients cannot refer the client who referred them to the program.

Participant Gifts
- For booked events: $100 gift card for the referrer, and a $100 gift card for the referee, when an additional booking is made within 6 months of referral form submission date.
- For booked venue tours (“Personal Consultations’): $10 gift card for the referrer when they attend a venue tour at any Wedgewood Weddings & Events location. Limit to one gift card per referrer regardless of the quantity of venues toured.
The Sponsor will review all referrals monthly and will provide links to redeemable electronic gift cards after reviewing the referrer and referee contact and event information in detail. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via email within 30 days of the submission.
All gift cards will be provided electronically and are suitable for use online. Gift cards will be sent to participants' email addresses and have a built-in expiration date not less than 10 days after they are sent. If the gift is not redeemed before it expires, the sponsor is not obliged to extend the redemption period or replace the gift.
Gift cards are redeemable at the selected store chosen by the sponsor. The selected store may change, and the sponsor is under no obligation to provide gift cards related to a specific store, vendor, or merchant. As of January 1, 2024, $100 gift cards are redeemable at Airbnb and $10 gift cards are redeemable at Amazon. This is subject to change without notice.
Each referee is eligible for only one gift per event or tour booked. If multiple participants refer a candidate, the first referrer will receive the gift. The sponsor is not obliged to contact subsequent referrers to alert them that a gift has already been provided but may do so if they choose.

Events & Tours
Eligibility requires booking and attending an event or tour. There is no maximum or minimum value for the event or tour to be eligible. Booking refers to securing a date to attend a tour or event at any Wedgewood Weddings & Events venue.
Referee bookings must occur within 6 months of the referral date unless otherwise specified. Event commencement dates do not need to be within his window but should take place within 24 months of the referee's booking date.
Sponsor reserves the right to rescind Referral Program Gifts if the participant’s event or tour is canceled by the participant or not attended for any reason.

General Conditions
In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Referral Program is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the Referral Program is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Referral Program to address the impairment and then resume the Referral Program in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) terminate the Referral Program and, in the event of termination, award participant gifts to eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Referral Program or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Referral Program may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorney's fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating in the Referral Program, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Referral Program, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the Released Parties) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Referral Program or receipt or use of the gift (including any travel or activity related thereto), including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors associated with the Referral Program, including lost, interrupted or unavailable Internet Service Provider (ISP), network, server, wireless service provider, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cellular tower or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Referral Program; (c) mechanical, network, electronic, computer, human, printing or typographical errors; (d) application downloads, (e) any other errors or problems in connection with the Referral Program, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in the administration of the Referral Program, the provision or redemption of gifts, the cancellation or postponement of the program, if applicable, the incorrect downloading of the application, the processing of entries application downloads or in any Referral Program-related materials; or (f) injury, death, losses or damages of any kind, to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Referral Program or acceptance, receipt or misuse of the gift (including any travel or activity related thereto). Participant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties liability will be limited to the cost of participating in the Referral Program, and in no event shall the participant be entitled to receive attorney's fees. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Referral Program. Participant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

Disputes
Except where prohibited, each participant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Referral Program or any gift awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in California. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participants rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Referral Program, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than California.
